- Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay - Arrange rooms and treatments for VIP guests based on their preferences - Escort VIP guests to rooms if needed - Physical inspection of all VIP rooms, prior to arrival - Ensure all service standards are followed - Handle guest problems and complaints effectively - Interacts with guests on a regular basis to obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction - Analyze guest feedback from hotel guestbook and online reviews, contact guest for more information - Recommend local tourist spots, including places to dine, shop and sight-see - Appraise team’s performance and produce regular reports
